Rachel is a certified coach and mentor who specialises in supporting women move from self-doubter to self-believer. She guides her ‘lost and often overwhelmed’ clients through a variety of NLP, Time Line Therapy and Breakthrough coaching techniques to believing again that anything is possible.
Following a successful and rewarding career in education, Rachel now has two daughters who have inspired her business journey. From making dresses inspired by her eldest, to creating a Belgian chocolate business inspired by her youngest, to now, coaching and mentoring women like you to create mindsets for success and the business strategies that go with it.
Since leaving teaching behind, she believes her businesses have allowed her to solidify her self-belief and reaffirm with conviction that we are 100% in control of our successes. There have been many many bumps in the road and her journey to success is an unconventional one – she’s an oversharing people pleaser so will always be happy to give you tools from her toolkit so that you can achieve the same.
She believes this self-growth has come from constantly pushing her own comfort zone, saying yes to opportunities that terrified her and having a business bestie like Helen listening to her when she’s moaning and giving her the motivational kicks when she’s needed them.
She’s a coffee-fuelled business mum by day and spends her evenings planning Disney holidays, scrolling on The White Company (dreaming that one day she can have nice things the kids won’t ruin) or nose deep in a good book.

FAQs
What's the biggest difference between a Mastermind and group coaching?
With a course, you will find an expert facilitating, leading and teaching you through a programme or step-by-step process and will follow them to show you the way. A Mastermind is facilitated by experts, but it's way more powerful as it's about bringing people together, to share ideas, bring solutions, to lift each other and fly to achieve their goals as a collective. In a Mastermind, everyone lifts each other.
What if I can't make the live calls?
We recommend you prioritise these calls where you can, but everything will be recorded and held in your members area.
Where will the retreat be held?
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the retreat will be arranged as soon as safe to do so. We will keep you updated every step of the way. But it does mean that you will have an input in to when and where.
Is this refundable?
